How long will it take to receive my order?

Accepted Answer

This depends heavily on order volume and print complexity. While we try to keep stock of several items listed, many products are made to order. This means we must take into consideration printing time, number of printers available, and potential printing errors. Quality is a priority for us over expedience. We ask that you allow us 3-5 business days to print and ship your order, and the additional 2-5 for delivery.

Do you design the character ball products?

No, the designs are not our own. We have purchased a license from the designer to sell them ourselves. You can find our license here.

Will you be adding designs to the store?

Yes! We are constantly looking for and coming up with new ideas to help our tabletop and collector communities. As they are added, we will make announcements on our social pages as well the featured product section on our home page.

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the continental USA, though our priority and focus is on our local community here in Maricopa, AZ. Local shoppers will have the benefit of free shipping or pickup.We are also doing our best to branch out to other hobby shops in the valley area in order to support local stores and their patrons.
